Information collected

Simply Ieva collects a name and an email address from users who would like to subscribe to a free or paid resource. Typically, we also will collect a name, an email address and a website for comments/messages.

Cookies / IP Address tracking

Simply Ieva uses cookies to uniquely identify users for the purpose of analyzing and optimizing your content and reading experience. No personal information is stored in these cookies and it simply a way to identify your computer. You have the right to turn the cookies off at any time by changing your specific browser settings.

With Whom the Information is Shared

Simply Ieva does not and will never share or sell your personal information or email address. You receive emails from Simply Ieva because you have given an explicit consent through a double opt-in process (which requires you to confirm your email address) after you sign up for the email list. When you post a comment, your name and website may be displayed but your email address and privacy will always be kept secure.

Opting Out

Simply Ieva sends out newsletters and other email updates and if we have your email address on file, you may receive a copy of the newsletter or email update. However, if you choose to opt-out of receiving these emails from Simply Ieva, you have the right to do so. There is an easy opt-out/unsubscribe option at the bottom of every newsletter. We hate spam as much as you do and have no intention of filling your email box with messages you do not want.

You also have the right to request to change, update or modify any peronal data we have that you believe is incorrect. To do so, please send a request to simplyieva [at] gmail [dot] com.

Simply Ieva is fully compliant with the EU’s GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) as of May 25th, 2018.  We use MailerLite as our email software provider, Teachable to host e-books and courses, and BlueHost as a website host, all of which are fully GDPR compliant companies.
