Digital Products and Resources
Simply Ieva offers digital educational products and resources designed primarily for educators, including English learner (EL) teachers, classroom teachers, and other education professionals. These products may include curriculum guides, teaching guides, downloadable resources, templates, recorded workshops or trainings, and other digital materials.
Due to the digital nature of these products and the immediate access provided after purchase, payments for digital products are non-refundable once the product or access has been delivered. Refunds will not be provided because a purchaser does not use or complete the product, changes their mind, or determines after purchase that the product does not meet their individual preferences or needs.
Product descriptions are provided to help customers determine whether a resource is appropriate for their needs before purchasing.
Products, Services, and Payments
Simply Ieva ESL is a website that is free of charge. It contains blog posts, links to podcast episodes, free materials as well as links to paid digital products.
The ESL Teaching Roadmap and The EL Classroom Blueprint are membership websites. Payments will process automatically on the schedule you selected at the time of purchase (yearly or quarterly or monthly). Simply Ieva ESL will appear on your payment form / receipt / credit card / PayPal statement.
The Inner Classroom™ Clarity Session is a 1:1 (one-on-one) coaching session designed to help teachers find clarity, reduce overwhelm and address other teaching-related questions. It is an individualized session and the topics covered vary by client.
Clarity Sessions and Other Individual Services
Clarity Sessions and other individual coaching or consulting sessions offered by Simply Ieva are designed for educators and education professionals seeking individualized support, reflection, problem-solving, or guidance related to their professional practice.
Payment reserves a specific appointment time and is non-refundable. A purchaser who does not attend a scheduled session is not entitled to a refund.
Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Requests to reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments or no-shows, are non-refundable and may require the purchase of a new session.
Purchasing a Clarity Session or other individual service does not guarantee a particular professional, personal, educational, or financial outcome. Meaningful change requires the purchaser’s active participation, personal responsibility, and follow-through on the insights and actions identified during the session.
Cancellations and Refunds
Memberships may be canceled at any time. Cancellation stops future recurring payments. Members will continue to have access through the end of their current paid billing period.
Payments for memberships are non-refundable once processed. This includes membership payments for periods during which a member chooses not to use or access the membership.
Payments for digital products are non-refundable once the product or access has been delivered.
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any cancellation, refund, withdrawal, or other consumer right that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
Governing law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
