Coaching for Teachers Who Are Done Running on Empty
Reclaim your clarity, calm, and confidence—so you can lead your classroom and your life without burning out.
It DEFINITELY is if:
You’re an EL teacher or classroom teacher who feels like you’re always “on,” but never truly caught up.
You’ve tried to get organized, set boundaries, or “be more positive,” but old patterns keep pulling you back into overwhelm.
You’re carrying invisible emotional weight—grief, pressure, guilt, or self-doubt—and it’s starting to show up in your teaching.
You crave a calmer, more grounded way of doing this work that honors both your students and your nervous system.
You sense you’re meant for something more aligned, but you’re not sure what needs to change first.
And if you’re nodding along, you’re in the right place.
Most professional development talks about strategies, data, and resources. All of it is important.
But the way you feel inside—your Inner Classroom—determines how you show up in the outer one.
My signature Inner Classroom™ framework helps you clearly see where you’re at and take the steps that are tailored specifically to you.
Awareness – Noticing your patterns, triggers, and stories without judgment.
Regulation – Learning to ground your nervous system so you can respond instead of react.
Clarity – Getting honest about what you need, what matters most, and what can finally be put down.
Aligned Action – Making small, doable shifts that match your energy, values, and season of life.
Renewal – Building rhythms of rest, joy, and meaning so you’re not constantly running on fumes.
My coaching weaves these five pillars together so that you’re not just surviving the school year—you’re building a more sustainable way of being.
A 45-minute focused session for immediate relief, perspective, and next steps.
Perfect for you if:
You’re in a moment of “I can’t keep doing it like this.”
You’re circling a big decision and feel stuck.
You need someone who understands teaching and can help you sort your thoughts.
You’ll walk away with:
One core issue clearly named (instead of a messy pile of “everything”)
A grounded reframe so you’re not fighting yourself
2–3 specific, doable next steps for the next 2–4 weeks
A 3-session pathway for realignment, grounded confidence, and inner steadiness.
Perfect for you if:
You’re tired of quick fixes and want real, sustainable change.
Your nervous system has been in “fight, flight, or freeze” for too long.
You want support as you shift patterns around work, boundaries, and self-worth.
Over 3 sessions, we will:
Session 1 – Awareness & Regulation: Map what’s draining you, and practice grounding tools that actually work for your body.
Session 2 – Clarity & Aligned Action: Clarify what matters most and design small, aligned shifts in your work and life.
Session 3 – Integration & Renewal: Refine what’s working, release what’s not, and create a simple support plan so you don’t slide back into old patterns.
You’ll walk away with:
A calmer inner landscape (not just a longer to-do list)
A clear picture of what “enough” looks like in this season
A personal “Inner Classroom” toolkit you can return to when things get hard
Navigating burnout, compassion fatigue, or the “quiet panic” of mid-year
Releasing guilt around not doing “all the things” for every student
Supporting EL newcomers without carrying the entire system on your back
Boundary setting with work, colleagues, or admin (without burning bridges)
Holding space for grief, change, and big life transitions while still teaching
Designing a more sustainable week that honors your energy, not just your schedule
Step 1 – Choose your path
Pick a Clarity Session or apply for the Renewal Series.
Step 2 – Share a bit about you
You’ll answer a few questions so I can understand your context, patterns, and goals.
Step 3 – We meet on Zoom
We’ll meet online. You’ll have space to exhale, be honest, and be guided—not judged.
Step 4 – Integration & support
You’ll receive a short summary of key insights and suggested next steps within 24–48 hours (you can adjust this timeline as you prefer).
“Ieva is simply amazing! She was so friendly and kind. Before the coaching call I was able to fill out a survey with some questions. Ieva read each question and showed up with detailed answers and suggestions. She listened to every concern I had and gave practical advice. She is extremely insightful and knowledgeable and has many years experience both as an ESL learner and teacher,” – Stacie V.
“I’m so happy I connected with you. I always look forward to our meetings because I feel like we can talk it out and I take a breath of relief and say to myself: “Okay, I’m on the right track. Ieva’s giving me such amazing stuff and my planning time is literally cut in half!” – Leah M.
Q: Is this therapy?
A: No. Coaching is not a substitute for therapy. I don’t diagnose or treat mental health conditions. Coaching focuses on awareness, patterns, and practical shifts in how you show up in your life and work. Many clients work with both a therapist and a coach at different times.
Q: Do I have to be an EL teacher?
A: No. While a lot of my work centers on EL teachers, I also support classroom teachers and educators who don’t currently teach ELs but resonate with this approach.
Q: I’m already so busy. What if I don’t have time to “do more work”?
A: Coaching is designed to simplify your life, not add more pressure. We focus on small, realistic changes that ease your nervous system and reclaim your energy, not on giving you elaborate homework.
Q: How do I know if I should start with a single session or the series?
A: If you’re in a specific moment of crisis or decision, start with a Clarity Session. If you’re noticing long-standing patterns and want deeper support, the Renewal Series might be a better fit.
You were never meant to carry all of this by yourself—your students’ needs, the system’s gaps, your own emotions. Coaching gives you a grounded space to be fully seen and supported while you rebuild a more sustainable way of showing up in your life and classroom.
